Poetry was founded in 2020 with a vision to offer quality architectural services to everyone wishing to build their dream home at affordable rates. We intent to eliminate the challenges of traditional construction management like managing multiple service providers including architects, landscape planners, contractors, etc. by offering an integrated architectural & construction solution thereby, easing the co-ordination and communication challenges of project management for the clients. With a collective experience of over 20 plus years we have created a comprehensive service package for our clients which will offer them all the services under one point thereby, enhancing the quality of design, planning, execution and coordination.

what we do differently?
At Poetry we are constantly engaged in improving the process of our integrated design & construction services to our esteemed clients. The objective is to indulge in constant innovation to improve the seamless experience of our clients in their projects whether its their Villa or Farm House planning or construction.
Traditionally home owners have been employing construction contractors for the civil works who would work on very basic designs which one may get on internet or raw drawings. At Poetry our clients get a dedicated Architect working on their project from day one hand holding them throughout the duration of the project. Every project will have Engineers managing the project execution at site supervising and monitoring the progress. What we achieve with this is quality and on time deliveries for our clients which differentiates from others in the market.
We also intent to bring in technology to digitise and simplify the project management for our clients with regular progress updates, materials selections, design finalizations and on call consultation as we grow to the next level.

1) Why should one choose Poetry Designs over others?
Ans: Poetry is known for trust and honest advisory. They will be your honest partners through out this journey of your dream home helping you plan your finances, help you avoid unnecessary spends, suggest you utility based designs and use of right materials for respective areas of the house.
2) Do Poetry demand for extra funds during the project than what has agreed upon like other contractors?
Ans: No. Rather Poetry will help you plan your finances in such a way where you will not need to make any unexpected spends. Every spend is very well planned and informed in advance and no unpleasant surprises from them which sets them apart from others.
3) Can the designs be changed during the construction?
Ans: Generally designs are iterated and finalized during the design phase before the construction starts, however, if any changes needed which is practically feasible shall be undertaken. The designing phase is one of the most important phases of the project and architects will take you through all the scenarios before finalizing the designs so that you may not have any doubts later on.
4) Do the owner need to pay all the money at once?
Ans: No. All the payment has to be made as per the construction schedule and will be communicated at the beginning so that you can plan your finances accordingly.
5) Are the architect services limited to only designing?
Ans: No, unlike other contractors the main Project Architect will remain with you throughout the project cycle helping and advising you on all the critical decisions including material selections, civil works, automation, solar electrifications, etc. Our architects will be your friends for all seasons.

Co-founder and Managing Partner: An architect with over 10 years experience in design and build on various residential, commercial and luxury resort projects Prajon has been always driven to deliver quality and value to his clients. His ability to comprehend the clients’ vision and put that into real time makes him one of the sought after Architects of Bangalore. His understanding of materials and creativity which he combines in an affordable package for Poetry clients is what’s revolutionizing the Villa and Farm House construction market. Prajon heads our projects and execution and is the chief of design.
Praveen Nair
Co-founder and Managing Partner: With over 15 years experience in Indian Real Estate Investment Industry and having worked with organizations like JLL & Colliers International. Praveen brings in vast experience in strategy and operations to Poetry Constructions. A master in business management Praveen understands the gaps in today’s retail construction market and formed Poetry to address these gaps which helps their clients to have a seamless experience in planning, managing and executing their home construction with finesse and control. Praveen heads our strategy and corporate management along with investor relations & brand marketing.
